Sale Agreement
Pups cost $1,500.00 + shipping (if necessary). A $250.00 deposit is required
in order to hold a pick. With certain breedings we do, male pups will be sold
with 3 stud services back to Holloway's Knock-Outs Kennel.
Without exception, all our breeding stock will always be Penn-HIP
certified (better then the breeds median) or OFA certified ("EXCELLENT" or
"GOOD"), and DNA profiled. Pups are sold on a first come first serve basis with
no extra cost for first pick male or female. All pups will be thoroughly
socialized from day one, and registered by the United Kennel Club (UKC). We
guarantee all our dogs from genetic defects with a replacement pup from any of
our next planned breedings (buyers choice). We guarantee that the hips of the
dogs we produce will be free of DJD, score in the better 1/2 of the breed, set
by Penn Hip's median, and/or pass OFA evaluation. Our guarantee is for 2 years,
or until its bred.
1. After receiving balance, puppy will be shipped, preferably with non-stop
flight to most major cities.
2. Puppy will arrive healthy and well-socialized with all health records. Puppies that are shipped will have had a complete veterinarian examination and guaranteed for 14 days against contagious or infectious disease from date of purchase.
3. You have 48 hours to have puppy examined by your veterinarian to assure good health of puppy. If you are not satisfied, return puppy and receive replacement puppy of equal or greater value. Seller will not be responsible for veterinary bills occurred after 48 hours.
4. We guarantee puppy to be free of congenital defects for two years. If puppy is diagnosed with congenital defect, it will be replaced.
5. If animal is cared for in any way which would be detrimental to its health, seller has the right to reclaim the animal at the expense of the buyer.
6. Deposits are a commitment to hold a puppy for you and are non-refundable. Buyer can move a deposit to a different litter if need be.
7. A dog that is subject to weight pulling before the age of 1 ½ years of age will null and void guarantee.
8. A dog exposed to or participating in any type of protection training will null and void guarantee.
9. Breeder not liable for damage or litigation caused by protection training.
10. Money-Back Guarantee Your Puppy will match their Parents to DNA's Standards.
This puppy will carry the
Holloway's Knock-Outs KENNEL name in his/her name in any and all registries.
