Stud Service Agreement

This Agreement is between Holloway's Knock-Outs Kennel & _____________________________ for Stud Service.

We count a litter as at least 2 puppies. If Only 1 puppy is born we cut the Stud Service price in Half.

We do NOT pay any shipping or testing expenses.

Brucellosis Test must be Done before the Breeding.

All Females must be DNA-Profiled & Registered with the UKC.

We charge Half the Stud Service cost Up Front and the Rest after the Puppies are Born. When the Puppies are Born we expect the rest of the Stud Service Payment.

No Papers on the Stud Dog will be Release until full payment of Stud Service is paid. When the Stud Service is Paid in Full we will release the Stud Dog Papers.

All Breeding are Non-Refundable if the breeding does not take we will repeat it.

All Special Arrangements are made with Leaster R. Holloway  ( Only )
